Founded in 2002, Kimpo University Office of International Affairs operates a differentiated global K-Culture curriculum and a global talent development education system combined with effective Korean language classes to achieve the vision of ‘Global University for future talent development through innovative education’.

We are doing our best to attract excellent international students from various countries and provide the best service to improve their satisfaction with school life and stay by developing various programs to support them and establishing infrastructure that meets global standards.

For our detailed program for international students, we provide high-quality Korean language classes by having students take a placement test before the start of class, and then provide customized education by arranging classes according to the students’ levels. We are also developing and operating a modularized system for the K-Culture education program, which was selected as a successful case of export industry knowledge and know-how (Korean Wave education service sector) by the KITA(Korea International Trade Association).

We contribute to the globalization of K-Culture by having foreign students become honorary ambassadors of K-Culture upon their return to their countries. We enhance their understanding and satisfaction of K-Culture by running special activities for foreign students in accordance with K-Culture trends and providing admission support services for the regular curriculum at Kimpo University, which is specialized in K-Culture.

As for the detailed program for the enrolled students, the overseas employment linked program is carried out through overseas language study abroad, overseas volunteer work programs, curriculum collaboration with a foreign university and demand-customized curriculum development with an overseas company in order to strengthen the capability as a global future talented individual.
